Paritua Syrah 2020 (Hawke’s Bay)
Lifted dark berries and peppery aromatics abound on the nose with a spicy gamey note which adds interest. The palate is nicely weighted with a juicy, ripe mid palate, polished tannins, fresh acid and great tension. This is an example of a very elegant style.
