Gemtree Dragon’s Blood Shiraz 2021 (McLaren Vale, South Australia)
Youthful with a bold, dark colour and a concentrated nose of ripe fruits and toasty oak. The palate is dense yet plump and luscious with lots of complexity. The tannins are fine yet persistent which adds structure and length. (B)
