Delta Estate Hatters Hill Gimblett Gravels Cabernet Franc 2021 (Hawke’s Bay)
Medium in the glass with cassis against florals and the slightest whisper of tomato leaf and herbs. The palate is juicy and nicely concentrated with ripe black fruits, dried herb, dense chewy tannins and a lengthy finish.
