Cookoothama Shiraz 2021 (New South Wales)
Deep ruby in colour which reaches the rim with a rich dark nose of dark fruits and chocolate with just a hint of spice. The palate is full, but not overdone, with purple fruit, vanilla and nut flavours working in harmony towards a long and soothing finish. (B)
