Chapel Hill Abacus Shiraz 2021 (McLaren Vale, South Australia)
Youthful in the glass with a deep colour which belies the surprising reserved nose. The most subtle black and blue berry aromas are present alongside light florals and a hint of almond. The fruit purity is evident on the palate which is flavoursome, supple and long. (B)
