1. Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Slick & Sassy Media Limited does not store any Credit Card information. For your safety, payments are processed through Stripe and Windcave, which use established data security and encryption methods. All prices include GST and are in New Zealand dollars. Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable between titles but may be transferred to an alternative recipient. When paying for a subscription by credit card, please note this is a one-off payment for the cost of the subscription for the length of the subscription period. We are currently unable to offer direct debit as a method of payment.
2. Customer Details
Any errors made in providing details to Slick & Sassy Media Limited are your responsibility. Slick & Sassy Media Limited will not be liable for consequences that relate to any errors; including but not limited to failure to send magazines/product to the correct address. If you change your address or contact details, you need to advise Slick & Sassy Media Limited as soon as possible to ensure that the change happens on the correct issue.
3. Renewing a subscription
Your magazine subscription will not automatically renew at the end of your subscription period, unless you requested it to do so at the time of purchasing or renewing. Before the end of your subscription period, you will receive a renewal letter asking whether you wish to re-subscribe and providing instructions on how to. Additionally, you will be sent an email or letter.
4. Cancellation
Please note that our subscription offers are non-refundable. In some cases, we will refund any monies owing to you (i.e. under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) but this will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively, you can transfer your remaining issues to a nominated party. Requests for cancellations will be actioned as soon as possible; however, any refund given can take up to three weeks.
5. Delivery
All prices are inclusive of delivery costs. Your subscription will commence once we have received payment from you and will begin with the next issue to go on sale. For bi-monthly publications, your subscription will begin with the next available issue. We no longer ship internationally unless it is to Australia. If a missed delivery occurs, please let us know, and depending on your situation, we will either send you a replacement magazine or extend your current subscription period. 7. Promotions
From time to time Slick & Sassy Media Limited may run prize draws for its subscribers or offer gifts to its new or returning subscribers. Subscription prize draws are available to all current subscribers at the published expiry date of the promotion. Subscription gift offers are available to those subscribers who sign up for a new subscription or renew a subscription after the commencement date and before the published expiry date of the promotion. The number of gifts available is limited and once exhausted the offer will be at an end. If a gift/prize is unavailable, Slick & Sassy Media Limited, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute this gift/s to the equal value and/or specification. Slick & Sassy Media Limited is neither responsible nor liable for any damage to the gift/prize whilst in transit. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or transferred. Subscription offers on Slick & Sassy Media Limited are not valid in conjunction with any other subscription offer. Prize draws are not available to international subscribers.
8. Telemarketing
If you receive a promotional telephone call from a Slick & Sassy Media Limited representative and you sign up for a magazine subscription during that telephone call you have for a short time the ability to cancel the subscription. You will have five working days to cancel your subscription without penalty. If you cancel the subscription any money you have already paid toward the subscription will be refunded to you. Please note this termination clause only applies to subscription offers made via telemarketing.
