The menu changes regularly to reflect the seasons and Executive Chef, Chris Scott is a master at showcasing the very best of what is growing in their on-site gardens at the time.
The beverage program is 100% natural with the best of local, natural winemakers showcased through our ‘Bottled in House’ wine program as well as a robust and interesting list of natural wines from New Zealand. Cocktails change often to reflect the seasons and the menu and all of their beers are crafted locally.
