White Chocolate & Plum Ice Cream

400g white chocolate chips | |
1 quantity ice cream base (see recipe) | |
plum jam (see recipe) |

Instructions
1. | Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a metal bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. |
2. | When melted, add to the ice cream base and whisk until thoroughly incorporated. |
3. | Place in the ice-cream churner and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. |
4. | When the ice cream has churned, take out of the churner and put in a freezer-proof container. |
5. | Put a generous amount of jam in the middle of the ice cream and gently mix to form swirls. |
6. | You can add as much or as little as you wish. |
7. | Put in the freezer until needed. |
