1 cube demerara sugar | |
5 drops Elemental Grapefruit & Hops Bitters | |
50ml Noah’s Mill Bourbon | |
grapefruit peel, to serve |
Instructions
1. | Put the sugar cube and bitters into a mixing glass. |
2. | Mix until the sugar is dissolved, then add the bourbon. |
3. | Add ice and stir until the drink is cold. |
4. | Strain and pour into a glass – serve on the rocks with large ice cubes and a twist of grapefruit peel. |
