SAGANAKI WITH HONEY & CHILLI

125g slice kefalograviera cheese | |
50ml good-quality honey | |
2 pinches Greek oregano | |
1 teaspoon chilli flakes | |
juice of 1 lemon |
Instructions
1. | Heat a heavy frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the cheese until golden – you won’t need any oil. |
2. | Flip and cook until golden on the other side. |
3. | Drizzle with honey, scatter over the oregano, chilli flakes and squeeze on some lemon juice. |
4. | Serve immediately in the pan. |
