LEMON DEL FRESCA

45ml vodka | |
30ml limoncello (we use Pallini) | |
15ml fresh lemon juice | |
15ml fresh lime juice | |
1 scoop of premium citrus (ideally lemon) sorbet, plus extra to serve | |
ice | |
sliced lemon and plum powder, to serve |
Instructions
1. | Put all the ingredients except the garnishes into a shaker. |
2. | Fill with ice and shake until the sorbet has blended into the wet ingredients – this can take some time and effort but it is worth the squeeze. |
3. | Dump into a highball glass and top with a small amount of ice. |
4. | Garnish with an additional scoop of sorbet, a lemon wheel and a pinch of plum powder sprinkled over the top. |
