PREMIER CRU FRENCH 75 | |
35ml Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru gin | |
15ml Fresh lemon juice | |
15ml Rich sugar syrup (2 parts caster sugar: 1 part water) | |
75ml Daniel le Brun NV | |

Instructions
1. | Chill your glass. |
2. | Put the lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. |
3. | Add the Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru, fill the shaker with ice, close and shake hard for 7 seconds. |
4. | Fine strain the cocktail into your chilled glass. Charge with Daniel le Brun and stir briefly. |
5. | Garnish and serve. |
