Amaro Orange & Espresso Aperitif With Ristretto

Equipment Needed:
Nespresso Coffee Machine, Measuring spoons, Cocktail shaker, Cocktail Strainer, Short Rock GlassIngredients
50ml tonic water | |
120g large ice cubes | |
30ml vodka | |
15ml Amaro Averna | |
5ml coffee liqueur | |
3 drops orange bitters | |
40ml Ristretto |

Instructions
1. | Pour the tonic water into a short rocks glass and add one ice cube. |
2. | Place 90g ice into a cocktail shaker with the vodka, Amaro Averna, coffee liqueur and orange bitters. |
3. | Extract Ristretto directly into the shaker. |
4. | Place the lid on the shaker and shake hard for 15 seconds. |
5. | Remove the lid and strain into the glass over the tonic water and ice. |
6. | Twist the orange peel over the drink to release the citrus zest, and float the peel on top of the drink. |
