50ml Disaronno Amaretto | |
30ml lemon juice | |
10ml demerara sugar syrup | |
1 egg white | |
3 drops Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters |
Instructions
1. | Pour the amaretto, lemon juice, demerara sugar syrup and egg white into a large shaker. |
2. | Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. |
3. | Double strain into a glass (serve in a coupe glass or on the rocks), then add the bitters on top of the white foam. |
