Beautifully flaked texture and delicately sweet smokey taste. Delicious on top of a salad, flaked into a pasta or even on its own.The only ingredients we use are Freshwater King Salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha), salt, golden syrup, black rum and oak wood smoke.
No artificial colours, additives or preservatives. Gluten free. Contains fish. May contain small bones.
