For this special event, award-winning chef Michael Meredith joins forces with the pioneer of Pacific Rim cuisine, Peter Gordon, to craft a menu that honours the traditions of the Pacific while pushing the boundaries of modern cuisine.

Guests will enjoy a signature Pacific cocktail on arrival, followed by four courses with each dish telling a story of Pacific heritage.
