New Zealand artisan producers, we salute you. 2018 marks the tenth annual Cuisine Artisan Awards. To celebrate we have joined forces with the New Zealand Food Awards (est.1987) to further showcase innovation in food and celebrate the finest local artisan producers in New Zealand. Our finalist list for 2018 highlights some exceptional producers and products. We take great pride in supporting these passionate and dedicated artisans and look forward to sharing their stories with you in each issue of Cuisine.
