Sister’s Run Epiphany 2021 (McLaren Vale, South Australia)
A rich colour with just a hint of colour development, the nose is dark berries, smoked game and complex spice with some reduction. The savoury character of the game comes through on the palate backed by sweet fruit that creates juiciness alongside delightfully grainy tannins. (G)
