Paritua Stone Paddock Scarlet 2020 (Hawke’s Bay)
Deep ruby with a hint of fade, the fruit on the nose is ripe and succulent with toasted spice and roasted-nut characters alongside which runs through the palate. The tannins present are fine with some chewiness giving structure and length to the wine.
