A little different from classic French baking books which tend to focus on pâtisserie, this is ‘home baking’ French style with no fancy equipment required – the baking Manon learnt growing up in rural Brittany. A recipe I’ve made several times is the yoghurt cake – a deliciously not-too-sweet loaf cake that has a number of variations, including a slightly indulgent one with salted chocolate drizzle.
