De Bortoli Fine Tawny 8 Years Old (NSW, Australia)
Deeply coloured with tawny just showing on the rim. Raisined fruit and rich butterscotch abound on the nose alongside toasty aromas. The palate is well weighted and rich with bold tannins, excellent complexity and no shortage of sweetness on offer. (A)
