Elephant Hill Chardonnay 2021 (Hawke’s Bay)
Grilled lime and apricot aromas shine through offset by a richer note of butterscotch on the nose. The fruit on the palate is well concentrated and clean with nice purity and presence. The steely acid present create both backbone and superb length.
