Here comes double trouble, in the most irresistible way. The tastiest collaboration of the year involves two beloved Kiwi brands – Arnott’s and Pic’s Peanut Butter – and a range of cookies that not only breaks the mould but will have your friends asking for the recipe.
The new range is a creation of delicious morsels; Arnott’s chewy Soft Bake cookies in two irresistible flavours, Double Choc and White Choc Macadamia, and Arnott’s Chunky cookies for a satisfying crunch in Triple Choc and Salted Caramel Almond flavours.
In addition, Arnott’s have collaborated with the loved and iconic Kiwi brand, Pic’s Peanut Butter of Nelson to create the tastiest collaboration of the year. This collaboration brings a local and unique flavour dimension to two peanutty flavours, in both irresistible textures – Soft Bake and Chunky.
Arnott’s draws on a 157-year legacy and was recently voted New Zealand’s most trusted biscuit brand for the second year in a row. But they haven’t rested on their original Scotch Fingers.
In June 2023, Arnott’s built a multi-million-dollar bakery right here in Auckland and has been baking up a storm, creating delicious moments across Aotearoa. “Five delicious new products have come out of the Auckland bakery within the first year. These new products strengthen Arnott’s commitment to producing locally made biscuits and crackers that Kiwis love – and what better way to do it than a collaboration with another beloved Kiwi brand, Pic’s Peanut Butter,” says Mike Cullerne, Arnott’s New Zealand Managing Director.
Arnott’s new Soft Bake and Chunky cookies range pushes the boundaries of flavour and texture. “At our innovation hub in Avondale, Auckland, we’re able to develop products that cater to the unique preferences of Kiwis while celebrating local partnerships,” says Jayden Vutukuri, Arnott’s Senior Research and Development Manager.
These cookies are all lovingly batch baked, just like you would at home. There’s a commitment to local: when good stuff goes in, great stuff comes out. In these thick, crunchy and soft-baked morsels, New Zealand ingredients are star players, including locally milled flour and award-winning peanut butter from sunny Nelson. Pic’s peanut butter won 2010 Cuisine magazine’s Artisan Food of the Year Award; credentials like that are proof that this premium cookie tastes the business.
As Amiee McCammon from Pic’s Peanut Butter reiterates, “This is a match made in cookie heaven.”
