Defying every belief that sauvignon doesn’t age well, this 2019 barrel fermented example is fresh and lively. Aromas of white flowers, lemon curd, honey and toasty oak abound on the nose. The weighty palate is rich, textural and long with great concentration, complexity and a flavoursome finish.
