Ingredients

1 cup whole oats
½ cup oat milk
5 large pears, peeled
125g vegan butter, melted
½ teaspoon cinnamon
juice of 1 orange & zest of ½ orange
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
ÂĽ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
ÂĽ teaspoon salt
dairy-free ice cream or yoghurt, to serve

This is a delicious plant-based dessert, but you can use regular butter if you prefer and serve with any type of yoghurt, cream or ice cream you like. I love chocolate and orange together but if you don’t then substitute lemon juice or even a liqueur for a more decadent pudding.
