Mango & Mint Salad With Smoky Chilli

2 ripe mangoes | |
1 cucumber | |
¼ red onion | |
juice of 1 lime | |
½ cup Greek yoghurt | |
¼ cup smoked chilli sauce (I use Hoot Smoked Chilli sauce or Native Kitchen Crispy Chilli Oil) | |
1 bunch mint leaves | |
extra virgin olive oil |
This mango and mint salad is super easy and so tasty – with only a handful of ingredients it comes together in minutes and is so refreshing. If you are not a fan of heat, simply leave out the smoky chilli sauce – it’s just as delicious!

Instructions
1. | Peel and dice the mango into large chunks. |
2. | Deseed the cucumber and dice into chunky pieces. |
3. | Slice the red onion into rounds and cut in half. |
4. | Arrange the mango, cucumber and red onion on a serving dish and squeeze over the lime juice. |
5. | Dollop over the Greek yoghurt and smoked chilli sauce. |
6. | Finish with mint leaves and a drizzle of good-quality olive oil. |
