Ingredients

1-inch slice cucumber
5 mint leaves
15ml sugar syrup
45ml Tanqueray No.10 Gin
15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
20ml fresh lime juice
30ml Champagne
cucumber disc, to garnish
SUGAR SYRUP
1 part caster sugar
1 part water

Instructions

1.Muddle the cucumber and mint with the sugar syrup, add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice.
2.Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a cucumber disc.
3.SUGAR SYRUP
4.Mix to dissolve.
