15ml sugar syrup | |
45ml Tanqueray No.10 Gin | |
15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur | |
20ml fresh lime juice | |
30ml Champagne | |
cucumber disc, to garnish | |
SUGAR SYRUP | |
1 part caster sugar | |
1 part water |

Instructions
1. | Muddle the cucumber and mint with the sugar syrup, add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. |
2. | Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a cucumber disc. |
