Ingredients

45ml Havana Club 7-year-old Rum
45ml Gosset Grande Brut Champagne
25ml fresh lime juice
25ml sugar syrup
10 mint leaves, plus extra to garnish
SUGAR SYRUP
1 part caster sugar
1 part water

Instructions

1.Combine all the ingredients except the Champagne in a cocktail shaker.
2.Shake with ice, double strain into a cocktail coupe and top with champagne.
3.Garnish with mint.
4.SUGAR SYRUP
5.Mix to dissolve.
