MARGARITA PASSIONFRUIT

	chilli or salt, (optional) to serve
	45ml Patrón silver tequila
	20ml Patrón Citrónge orange (or Grand Marnier)
	30ml fresh-squeezed orange juice
	30g passionfruit pure pulp
	15ml fresh lime juice
	1 large lime/lemon slice, to garnish

1.	Rim a rocks glass with chilli or salt if desired, then fill with ice.
2.	Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3.	Strain into the glass.
4.	Garnish with a large slice of lime or lemon.
