In October 2012, Cuisine was proud to bring an audience of enthusiastic food and wine lovers the second Cuisine Masterclass Series in association with Daniel Le Brun.

Four of New Zealand’s top chefs captivated guests with their demonstrations - The French Cafe’s Simon Wright, Merediths’ Michael Meredith, The Grill’s Sean Connolly and District Dining’s Warren Turnbull each demonstrated three recipes live on stage.
